On a vibrant day at Gembe Hill in Homabay County, our team, alongside local communities and government agencies, planted 10,000 seedlings as part of a nationwide effort to enhance environmental sustainability. This initiative, driven by the Roads and Transport State Departments, aims to plant over 1 million trees in 2024, with KCAA representatives leading tree-planting activities nationwide every 1st Thursday of the month. Together, we’re not just planting trees; we’re nurturing a greener future, fostering community resilience, and taking meaningful steps toward a healthier planet for future generations.
