The ICT department designs, maintains, and supports the Authority’s information and communication technology infrastructure. It provides critical services to the Authority including Internet, network, communication systems, cyber Security systems, training and technical support. This allows the Authority to leverage both information and technology in an efficient, productive and secure manner. Additionally, the department identifies and implements innovative ICT solutions to support the Authority’s operations and strategic plans.
In providing these services, the department develops, plans, implements and maintains a wide array of Infrastructure and systems. The Department has developed the ICT strategic plan 2018 - 2022 which is aligned with the Authority’s strategic plan. To demonstrate its commitment to providing timely and quality services to staff and stakeholders, ICT department has developed and adheres to its service charter. The Department is continuously working towards automation of the business processes for the Authority.
