As a public entity and an industry regulator, KCAA is under a moral obligation to disseminate information to its stakeholders and the public in general; this is done through the Corporate Communications Division (CCD).

The role of the Corporate Communications Division is to build and maintain positive relationships with KCAA’s publics. It seeks to ensure that all communications with stakeholders are consistent, accurate and timely.

KCAA is committed to communicating with integrity in an honest, open, professional and respectful manner. This is done to inform and empower stakeholders to actively participate in civil aviation matters.

Whereas KCAA makes every effort to avail information to all who need it, the Authority respects the confidentiality of certain knowledge in conformity with the  Constitution of Kenya, the  Government Secrets Act and other laws of Kenya.
