The Corporate planning division carries out all the economic planning within the authority and also acts as a liaison between the Authority and the Government and donors on planning and economic issues.

This includes coordination of the formulation and review of the KCAA Strategic Plan and monitoring its implementation. The Division also formulate and  moniters of the Performance Contracting system with the Authority.
